The company is under the proficient headship of Founder & CEO – Ankur Priyadarshan, Co-Founder and COO – Nishant Garg, and Co-Founder & CTO – Ms. Lalitha Bhat. Ankur further added, “In recent times, the COVID 19 pandemic has been the most difficult thing to deal with. While we have been lucky that our business saw a lot of growth due to the increased tech adoption, we went through a difficult emotional phase when there were hardships faced by many of our people – current employees and alumni both.”

CORPORATE ETHOS AT STETIG CONSULTING 

Stetig believes in keeping a flat hierarchy for all employees working at the company. It ensures a healthy workspace and easy access within teams. Everyone, including the CXOs and other top executives, is always approachable, it is an open-door policy. Ankur is responsible for leading P&L and growth strategy for Stetig. Nishant heads the delivery function and Lalitha Bhat leads the technology arm at Stetig. And each one of these leaders is independently approachable as and when needed by their teams.

“We are what we are because of the dedication and hard work of our team. Some of our team members had to leave us midway through the journey and we would like nothing more than having them back with us,” asserts the CEO.

The leadership at Stetig Consulting individually puts a lot of effort into identifying process gaps that technology can fill. They build assets they believe the market would need as opposed to waiting for a customer to give them the requirements. They are a product company in that sense with the advantage that they deliver it as a service. The company, over the years, has not changed much culturally. They have kept their founding ground strong. The company holds its values intact from day one very close to its heart. Of course, as they have grown, the team structures have changed with a 20+ member mid-management team from India’s best b-schools coming in to help in growing the brand Stetig.

THE POST-PANDEMIC ERA & CREATIVE THINKING AT STETIG

The dynamics of the company did change after the pandemic hit the country. It completely bolstered growth for many technology companies including Stetig Consulting. However, the founders feel incessantly sad for the people who had to face the brunt of the pandemic and suffered losses and lost dear ones.

Creative thinking is encouraged at Stetig Consulting. There is an open forum to post ideas, people have an opportunity to work on ideas they like, and Stetigvalues the efforts being made irrespective of the outcome – these are things that have helped the employees drive creativity. There also are frequent offsites and fun activities that have proved to be a great tool in creating a collaborative environment and fostering creativity.

Ankur further emphasizes, “everyday experiences and exposure of the team clubbed with our organization-wide focus to look for opportunities and areas of improvement has been the biggest source of new ideas at the organization.”

LEADERSHIP IN THE ORGANIZATION 

The core values of the leaders are ingrained in everything they do. Right from their hiring decisions, to shaping company policies, to making strategic business decisions. They make an effort at including the team in the decisions they take and share the reason for why they take them. Their leaders always walk the talk and that keeps the team as one team in the true sense. Everything is important, the mission, vision, or core values, and each would be incomplete without the other.
