Because of Brian’s approach and acumen, EIE receives protection and support from some of the best breeds around the globe in the fields of compliance, accounting, security firms, etc. They make sure that Esposito Intellectual Enterprises is carrying out its functionalities properly. And at the same time, they make sure that EIE has access to controlled procedures and processes before they enter into a business relationship with their clients.
BEEN BLESSED WITH AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND FROM THE VERY BEGINNING
When the rest of the kids were playing out with their toy cars and footballs, Brian preferred working in one of his father’s facilities at the tender age of 8 years. There he used to produce nail care products. He still remembers the proud feeling that swelled up his heart every time he came up with a thing of value by combining a few bunches of components.
Brian has always been keen to grab any opportunity that comes his way. He has a deep interest in market demand. He prefers to study and understand consumer behaviour and expectations. He fondly called himself “The BASF of entrepreneurship.”
Brian always carries a customer-centric approach. His key to success is his ardent desire to offer an improved customer experience. He puts in all his efforts to enhance the customer experience to the ultimate level. Also, what sets him apart from the rest of the crowd is that he works hard to make this experience accessible to as many people as possible.
CONSISTENCY AND MOMENTUM- THE KEY TO BRIAN’S SUCCESS
Brian believes in the power of consistency. He feels that consistency has brought him where he is today in his professional life. Over the years, Brian has been highly consistent in creating safe environments, treating people with the utmost respect, and offering favourable outcomes for all the parties involved.
Brian also emphasizes the power of momentum. He goes on to say, “I also believe that momentum is extremely important to any company or project.” Whether the momentum is huge or small, it brings in the sense of positivity and an element of attraction. Right momentum boosts the morale of the stakeholders, suppliers, employees. Investors and so on. According to Brian, it is that magnet that attracts new opportunities based on your current creations and launches.
THE MAKE-OR-BREAK MOMENTS FOR BRIAN
Brian feels that his previous mistakes have served as experiences and helped him do better in life. He deeply feels that “What I did wrong for many years was that I allowed other people, companies, and entities to use my brain, time, resources, and access to help those situations become very substantial.” But the tragic car accident in 2016 served as a blessing in disguise for Brian. It changed his entire perspective regarding his health. At the same time, Brian decided to change his business model completely. He believes that the accident was the much-needed jolt that he needed to start afresh.
At present, Brian wholeheartedly believes in the motto of EIE – “Time is our most precious commodity.” He tries his best to use all the time he has in the most resourceful manner.
FUTURE GOALS AND BUSINESS PLANS
At present, Brian is in a blissful state of mind where he enjoys and feels grateful for his accomplishments. He is proud of himself because of the EIE chapter in his professional life. He goes on to say, “I believe the momentum behind EIE is strong and that I just need to ensure I am very careful to which people and opportunities I invite in this ecosystem.” He wishes to keep scaling this business model infinitely. Brian feels that even without him, EIE can grow and prosper – all thanks to the available procedures and systems in place. But the only catch here is to be highly selective about the people with whom one is working. Money does not motivate Brian. Rather, he believes that it is the bi-product of “doing good work with good people and companies.”
THE ART OF STANDING STILL AND STARING AT THE FACE OF CHALLENGES
Brian is highly skilled in this art! In his entire professional life till date, Brian has faced multiple challenges. But giving up was never an option for him.
He believes that the biggest challenge he has faced is to value himself. He reminisces of a time when he was the last one to eat his meals, and this continued for a whopping 15 years! Now he realizes that “DO NOT BE LAST TO EAT!” He feels that when you care and value yourself, you will be in a better position to support others. “Be first to eat, protect your work, build an arsenal of resources, and take care of everyone correctly and ethically after that.”
It is again the car accident of 2016, which helped him see the real face of his colleagues, peers, and partners. That was the time when Brian fixed his brain and altered the way of doing business. The new Brian has emerged as someone smarter and stronger.
A SNEAK-PEEK IN BRIAN’ PERSONAL LIFE
Brian is still trying to accomplish that much-sought-after “perfect work-life balance.” He considers work as his passion, hobby, and love. But at the same time, he believes that this practice is unhealthy. He at present is trying to rectify the chapter of his personal life.
Of late, Brian is spending some time in swimming classes and Wim Hof breathing. These practices, Brian feels, help him disconnect from the other world and focus on his inner well-being.
Also, when asked about his fashion sense, Brian goes on to say that, “I am a jeans, cool shirt, sharp blazer, with some unique leather bracelets and necklaces kind of guy.”
A FEW WORDS OF ADVICE FOR THE READERS
Brian suggests people stay away from taking any major decision when one is angry, upset, stressed, or confused. Before reacting to any situation or taking a decisive step, one should be completely calm. Taking oneself out of the situation for some time, relaxing the body and mind can work wonders in making fruitful decisions.
