TOP 10 FREEDOM FIGHTERS OF INDIA

India attained its independence on 15th august 1947 but it’s not a result of a day or a night, it takes centuries of struggle, sacrifices and hard work. India’s freedom was earned, not given. Freedom cost us a huge price, the price paid by our national superheroes, our freedom fighters. From peaceful and non-violence protests to armed battles, they played a huge role in releasing the country from British rule.

1. THE FATHER OF THE NATION- MAHATMA GANDHI

7. THE MAN WHO CHOOSE DEATH OVER ARREST- CHANDRA SHEKHAR AZAD

The 7th among Top 10 Indian Freedom Fighters is Chandra Shekhar Azad Azad had no desire to be caught and arrested. He would always say “I was born to free and will die free.
